"At first I thought this was more of just a novelty item and that it wouldn't work well, but once I got it, just in time for Thanksgiving baking, it worked really well. Better than other yolk separators I've used in the past, and it's fun to use. It clips onto the side of the bowl and you drop your egg yolk in. No hassle and it's easy to clean. I definitely recommend it!"
